Christina remembers once upon a time, she was completely frazzled. She felt like she was being pushed around by her schedule and by her family’s schedule. She was so busy just trying to survive

What to eat for dinner and when is the house going to be cleaned. “But, I get it now,” says Christina. “I didn’t place me first and when I figured out how to do that, I got my sexy back.”
