Journeying through life comes with the recognition of many truths.  Those truths may be both simple and profound. They help us ease suffering as well as create an abundant life. Yoga teacher, coach, author, and Founder of The Path™, Jennifer Yockey, has collected her learned and experienced wisdom for the benefit of others in her soon to be released, multi-volume work, Gathered Truths.

Gathered Truths, Volume 1, will be released on April 23, 2019.

In the making for over a lifetime, Gathered Truths is a collection of truths, contemplations and internal inquiries that have been acquired over decades and in the writing process for the last four years. Intended to pique the reader’s curiosity and inspire them to uncover and discover their own truths, Jennifer’s work allows for compassionate contemplation and personal introspection.

This book is a collection of thoughts and inquiry that, I hope, provide opportunity for your own hope, growth, curiosity and intentional living. Over time, I have realized that I have more meaningful, authentic relationships BECAUSE of my truths not IN SPITE of them. My hope is that you re-discover YOU in these pages,” says Jennifer.

The truths and stories presented in Gathered Truths creates space for self-examination, growth and transformation. They are meant to re-connect the reader with their emotions: from joy and sorrow to fear and happiness. These pages create opportunity for change, intentional living and sacred connection; to self and others.

Jennifer has spent her adult life as a teacher: out of college, she volunteered at a school for at-risk youth and for 20 years, she taught golf. In 2011, she began both a challenging and rewarding teaching position: becoming a Mother. Jennifer says that she has learned and grown more from being a mom than anything else. In addition to being a mother, wife and chronic dog rescuer, Jennifer is also a movement, wellness and recovery coach.  Her list of credentials includes education from the University of Washington, CPC via IAPRC and E-RYT via Yoga Alliance.
