By the time I was a teenager, I was reaching out to try singing for local bands and that’s when I decided to make it a full-time job.

Interviewer: Who’re your favorite artists in the heavy metal genre?

Melissa: I am a person of enormous variety, so off the top (and my mood), I’m pretty excited about “Unlocking the Truth” also check out Enemy inside. But I like it all… from dad rock to canabil corpse.

Interviewer: What is the story behind Sepsiss?

Melissa: At the age of 17, I found my best friend William. He, (William Savant) was an amazing guitarist and hip hop producer from Portsmouth NH. Together, we founded SEPSISS in 2011.

Interviewer: Tell us something about your first EP.

Melissa: 9 years later, we are embarking on our first Ep release “badd blood” a mix or urban melodic and aggressive American style music. we implement danceable beats with edgy guitars and clean vocals.

Interviewer: Tell us something about your individual roles in the band.

Melissa: I’m the vocalist and William is the guitarist in the band. I usually sing clean vocals while he adds harsher vocal pieces.

Interviewer: Tell us something about your upcoming projects.

Melissa: We plan on moving through the summer of 2019, pushing the ep, touring and gaining momentum. We have two more music videos to shoot before the snow falls again in New England. Then, gearing back up heading into the studio for a full-length release by 2020.
