Santa Monica, CA, USA – Rebecca Kordecki has lived and breathed fitness, health and wellness for over 20 years and is shifting into a whole new realm: Breathwork. Kordecki’s style to this underrated teaching is leaving people to say, “W-T-F just happened, everything is vibrating! That was like 20 years of therapy in one session!”
Being a well-known personal trainer throughout California, Kordecki established the program Booty Slide. When she wasn’t training clients in fitness, she was massaging gentle giants like Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson. She’s had a hand in shaping up some of Hollywood’s finest celebrities and athletes, so why the sudden career change?
In Kordecki’s eyes, it wasn’t sudden at all. She believes there’s a defined approach to living your best life. It can be summed up in three words: Booty-Body-Breath.
Booty embodies confidence- the reason we stay in shape and workout. Body is our fuel. It’s everything we decide to put into our system for nourishment. Last but not least, Breath is our connection to the spirit. It’s how we harness our emotions and become centered within ourselves.
“I had the booty and body down for years,” says Kordecki. “But once I discovered breath… it came full circle. Now I feel empowered and completely fulfilled mind, body and soul.”
Kordecki is taking over The Church in Ocean Park in Santa Monica on Monday nights with her Breathwork + Gong Sound Healing teaching. Not to mention, Kordecki’s mentor and ex-Celebrity Trainer Jon Paul Crimi also teaches with Kordecki once every two months. It’s safe to say, we’re all a little curious what this whole “breathwork” thing is all about.
