WorldSummit Announces Strategy for Humanity’s Phase Shift to a Better World with (R)evolutionary Movements

February 26 00:03 2019

If a new and better world is to be brought about, then mere protests and voicing opinions falls short of the target. What’s needed is a global convergence of thought leaders, activists, thinkers and change makers. WorldSummit is that peaceful (r)evolutionary movement.

WorldSummit is creating a new regenerative economic and self-governance paradigm around the world that will meet everyone’s basic needs. It aims to bring about a phase shift by making sense together, instead of separate or lone voices. The focus on solutions makes this effort different from the rest.

WorldSummit movement has so far partnered with over 50 different groups from all sectors of the society, including universities, NGOs, and social and environmental movements. Through online and face-to-face events at local and global stages, an integral framework will illuminate the entire landscape, and spark the critical mass, which already exists, but is currently disconnected.

A source of inspiration is the “movement of movements” as revealed by Paul Hawken in his 2007 book ‘The Blessed Unrest’. WorldSummit is connecting and mobilizing the current movements into the largest social and environmental movement in human history. There is a moral imperative to get our act together and start “MAKING SENSE” now.

We are facilitating Humanity’s Phase Shift, being backed up by a prominent group of people, rolling out a plan towards building a new model and are sparking the critical mass to start shifting,” says Troy Wiley, Co-founder of WorldSummit. “To make this technologically possible, we are working alongside our key partners Envienta and Coeo to connect with some of the most prominent tech titans in Silicon Valley to help us achieve such a bold humanitarian goal of facilitating humanity’s phase change.”

This thought leader campaign will “get the band together”, connecting a very diverse set of prominent luminaries, such as Bob Geldof, who organized the successful LIVE AID concert event for hunger in 1985, and he is already on board. We envision the WorldSummit event, globally simulcast, to bring together a diverse set of people, including thought-leaders, change makers, transition leaders, musicians, celebrities, philosophers, protest leaders and progressive politicians. We are in talks with Mayor Niall McNelis of Galway, Ireland as a possible location for the event.

WorldSummit does not endorse violent activism, but is in discussion with protest movements like Extinction Rebellion and Yellow Vests, as well as climate/social justice groups. Also included are indigenous people, who are struggling to protect their resources and way of life. While movements like Occupy, Standing Rock and Water Protectors form the first wave, WorldSummit is peacefully facilitating the next wave, a shift to a new regenerative economic and self-governance model.

We have a plan, we have a process, and we have an integral framework. When humanity is ready so are we…to make the event happen by 2020,” says Robert Schram, Outreach Team.
