IRVINE, Calif. – KTGY Architecture + Planning has been awarded top honors at each of the four award programs held in conjunction with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) International Builders’ Show. Eleven residential developments ranging from a high-rise life plan community in Long Beach, California to three-story townhomes in Alexandria, Virginia, were awarded at the Platinum, Gold and Silver levels. EXPAND magazine, the firm’s conversation piece focused on innovation and excellence in design, also received recognition. The awards honor the firm’s wide range of capabilities, excellence and innovation in addressing complex design/build issues in mixed-use, affordable, for-sale attached and detached, transit-oriented developments and senior housing.
MULTIFAMILY PILLARS OF THE INDUSTRY AWARDS
The Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards, sponsored by NAHB, are designed to acknowledge and honor innovation in design and development, market-leading management and marketing strategies for both apartment communities and condominiums. The Pillars awards are held in high esteem by top-level multifamily development companies, management firms and experts in the field. The annual competition is judged by a jury of knowledgeable peers, each having a proven record of success in various facets of the multifamily industry.
