The BooHoo group made the investment through its venture arm KM Capital. Stephen Morana, ex CFO of Zoopla was the partner involved in the deal and Adam Kamani, the General Partner at KM Capital, was the member of the venture arm of the BooHoo group who was involved in the transaction.
