The holiday season for Elite Experts Management is filled with joy, giving and spreading good cheer. Holding true to their core values of creating community ties and lasting relationships state wide, President Edgar Hernandez payed it forward this holiday season during the company’s second annual Helping Hands charity, sponsoring three in-need families in the Modesto area.
The company sponsored three families including two single mothers with a combined six children and a married couple with three children.
The gifts ranged from children’s toys, winter necessities; jackets, gloves, jeans, socks, shoes and even motivational and inspirational books for the families.
Edgar explains, “It is incredibly important for us as a thriving business in Modesto to not only give back to our community, but to show our associates that we have a responsibility to give back to our neighbors when we can.”
Edgar met privately with each of the three families, offering the company’s gifts on December 23rd, allowing the parents the opportunity to show their children Santa Clause came on Christmas Eve.
“The feeling inside the office was really special,” says Edgar. “We got to promote kindness and inclusiveness for weeks within the office. It really had a positive impact on the morale. Giving back to these families sparked several of our associates to pay it forward in numerous ways outside of the office, which was great to see and hear about.”
The opportunity for the Elite Experts Management team to get involved with the local families sparked through a previous professional relationship Edgar built with a principal within the Salida Elementary School District.
The company plans to continue their charitable contributions throughout 2019 with both the Salida Elementary School District and beyond.
The children’s age ranged from 6 months to 5 years, allowing the company to continue the tradition next holiday season.
