Apart from the welcome glass of French champagne upon arrival, guests will be presented with different dishes. For appetizers, the 5-star restaurant has Risotto al Tartufo Nero, creamy Italian rice along with imported Perigord black truffles and Ravioli di Aragosta, a homemade ravioli along with Maine lobster in a lobster cream sauce. For the next course they have Intermezzo or lemon sorbet; Insalata Mista Alla Romana, composed of baby hearts of romaine, parmesan reggiano tuille, and classic Caesar dressing or Insalata Capricciosa.

For the main course, they have Vitello con Funghi Morel e Aragosta, composed of Maine lobsters in brandy and dry sherry sauce, Morel mushrooms and tender veal scaloppini; Filetto al Barolo, prime filet mignon, pearl onions, shitake mushrooms in a Barolo wine sauce. Served together with polenta soufflé; Costate di Vitello Alla Parmigiana, favorite bone-in Veal chop alla Parmigiana; and Spigola Alla Christina, pan-seared Chilean sea bass served along with shrimp risotto in a lobster tarragon sauce.  Of course, for desserts, guests will be offered Christini’s famous Chocolate Mousse Velvet Cake.
