An award-winning, after-school math program serving kindergarten to grade 12 students across the country, RSM helps children of all levels build a solid math foundation and develop critical-thinking and problem-solving skills in the cooperative, fun-filled, and competitive class environment. The school’s systematic curriculum and approach is based on the best practices of math schools in the former Soviet Union and Europe, adapted to the U.S. educational environment. Governed by the theory that an early systematic approach focused on the development of reasoning skills can have a powerful impact on student development, RSM delivers a unique curriculum that compels students to think logically and critically with the emphasis on derivation rather than memorization.

According to RSM’s newly appointed Regional Director of the Chicago area Mr. Boris Kofman, the school is growing rapidly at a pace of over 30% per year in the United States, and has even established their first branch in Toronto, Canada.

“The school is enjoying increased popularity as its reputation spreads,” said Mr. Kofman. “We are immensely proud of our success, and delighted to be able to announce our two new locations.”

The new campus of RSM-Buffalo Grove in Long Grove, was opened in the expectation of increased enrolment at this particular neighborhood. The school is currently overseeing the remodeling of a new spacious building to which the students will be relocated in the near future.

The additional branches of RSM in and around the Chicago area will be also added next year.

“A quality education in mathematics is one of the most powerful tools you can provide for your child,” added Anna Kozhemyakov, the Principal of RSM-Buffalo Grove. “We highly recommend enrolling your child at an early age. Young children gain huge benefits from using the high-order thinking skills we teach them. You couldn’t give your child a better start in life!”
