“Do you believe in Santa Claus?” the boy in the American 3D computer-animated film “The Polar Express” does, and because he believes he was given a steam train-ticket for the North Pole where the real Santa Claus lives. 20 youngsters from all corners of the world also believe in the existence of Santa Claus and received a free ticket that enabled them to visit the picturesque Qiandao Lake and celebrate a most memorable Christmas.

During these festive days, 20 young foreigners had been indulging themselves in the marvelous landscape, escaping the hustle and bustle of city life and immersing themselves into the tranquillity and beauty of nature. They were dazzled by the fabulous Qiandao Lake, which is dressed up in the romance of lights and shines bright like a star, leading the 20 inquisitive young foreigners to a place full of charm, customs, delicacies and endless picturesque scenery.

To welcome Christmas, 1078 islets of the Qiandao Lake were filled with a festive aura of enthusiasm and passion. Hotels were decorated with Christmas elements such as multicolored Christmas trees surrounded by cute reindeers all eager to witness a much-anticipated carnival: savoring a Christmas buffet dinner and exchanging Christmas gifts…
