The talented music group, Rockstar, is proud to announce the release of their EP titled “1401” to the public.  The album was written by the Rockstar group and was exclusively produced by “DaveKnoxx”. The album was named after the address of their high school ‘Fairmont heights’ where they met. With this latest release, the young sensational group aims to gain major label attention. The multi-talented supergroup was formed by three young talented singers: Vibe, Narley and J. Alexander. Moreover, EP 1401 Is an Eclectic Project released by young musicians to showcase their penmanship and vocal creativity.

Rockstar is a DMV area group that made an entrance into the music industry after the release of a rather obscure 1976 single titled “Mummy”/”Over the Hill.” After years of break from the music scene for different reasons, members of the group have come together to release their first compilation of songs that contains 10 amazing songs with the EP titled “1401.”

The music industry has evolved over the years and while several musicians and talented acts have tried to contribute their quota to the growth of the industry, many of them have not been able to stand the test time. It is a somewhat mixed case for Rockstar, who seems to be making a somewhat comeback and reunion with the release of the group’s EP.

The EP is currently available on iTunes and contains 10 songs that kind of remind the fans what the Rockstar group is capable of doing. Some of the songs in the EP include Johnny Bravo, Dangerous, and Change Positions. 1401 contains songs featuring other talented musicians with the likes of Young Toon, Benedetto, and Lil Leek featuring on a couple of tracks.

Rockstar is a music group that was formed by three young musicians that were classmates, school band members, and music lovers. Each of these young talents is a singer as well as instrumentalists specializing in saxophone, piano, and drums.
