Samex’s apprentice program is a five month program that is comprised of three months of online instruction and two months of hands-on work alongside development teams of partner organizations. Accepted students are provided a mentor for one on one coaching and assistance. Along with video instructions, all students will have access to digital textbooks, individual and team-based assignments, projects and will gain real world experience working with local and international companies in several different industries. The apprentice program also goes beyond simple technical instruction, by providing personal development, soft skills, resume writing and job preparation lessons to prepare participants for the workforce.

Samex leverages social intelligence and several other proprietary metrics to assess students during the apprenticeship with the goal of making a compatibility match with the company’s corporate partners. This ensures a match based on knowledge, competence, and personality.

Formed in 2017, the training and placement organization is focused on achieving sustained global growth, providing an exceptional training and mentoring experience, and reducing the costs and time to hire for organizations.
