It’s been a highly productive year for Rob Springer, who is  seeing his star shine brighter than ever before. The actor and spokesperson is proud to announce his upcoming roles in Disney’s much-anticipated Life Size 2, (Sunday Dec 2 at 9pm on FreeForm), as well as in BET’s American Soul.

Commenting on his work in Life Size 2, Rob said “Working with Tyra Banks and Francia Raisa was inspiring, and what Tyra and the other producers set out to do really leapt-off the page. From the start, the creative team built upon the message and tone of the original. Life Size 2 will go beyond the expectations for the fan base of the classic 2000 film.”

Rob continued, “Life Size 2 is a family-friendly comedy that’s especially suited for the holidays and the need for honest acceptance in this age that we live in. The movie has a focus on full-out empowerment – acceptance of gender, race, sexuality, age – important messages from a script brought to life in the most entertaining of ways”.

However, his role in Life Size 2 is just one of the many exciting projects Rob undertook during the past year, which not only allowed him to showcase his talents, but also to pave the way for his future success. 

Rob spent a significant portion of 2018 in front of the camera, which included filming an upcoming role in the BET TV mini-series American Soul. In this 10-part historical drama, Rob plays Officer Laurito with the project’s star, Sinqua Walls (from the Starz series Power, and NBC’s Friday Night Lights). Sinqua plays the lead role of Don Cornelius.

What’s more, Rob shot a series of national television commercials for TMX Finance as a spokesperson for TitleMax, and was featured in a national advertising campaign for audio innovator, BOSE.

Rob’s future is nothing short of bright. The actor shared that he currently has a number of other projects in progress that will lead to an increasing amount of time both in front of and behind the camera.
