“Savour the culinary delights of Hunan”, an Hunan Cuisine tasting convention was held at the headquaters of United Nations in New York City, on Nov. 14th (EST). Fifteen typical Hunan cuisine were presented during the feast.

The chef of Tanzong Restaurant says, Tanzong was the first restaurant with professional steamed fish head cooking skills in Changsha, China. They did strict materials selections: the fish must be male fish weighs more than 6 kilograms, and the peppers are also Chef’s special.

Dai Zong, the chairman of Tan Zong says, the fish head with larger size are usually more nutritious and tastes more tender. Therefore, the larger size a fish head has, the more delicious it tastes.

During the feast, many UN officials gave the fish head the thumbs up and spoke highly of it.

The Chef of Chuiyan Shidai says, they used the local cattle came fron Hunan, China, with picked peppers, and they cooked them in a unique way. In Changsha, China, this is a first-class Hunan Cuisine which you can hardly cook at home.

Most UN officials have the steak in their daily lives. However, they were fascinated by the fired beef after giving a try. “I am amazed by the flavor and I can feel the beef dancing on my tongue.” One of the UN officials says.
