“Our service will change people’s lives,” says Vanessa Escobar, owner of Xcellent Nutrition. “I didn’t have the time to cook healthy meals with my busy career and I gained a lot of weight. I made my biggest problem into my number one passion. Now, we are helping others solve that problem, one meal at a time.”

“Another huge problem to contend with is the holiday treats,” she adds. “People tend to overindulge and gain a few inches around the waistline in November and December. When it’s time for New Years’ resolutions, everyone is motivated. But then as quick as that motivation comes for New Years’, it leaves.”
“Time requirements get in the way. It’s very time consuming to spend a full Sunday meal-prepping for the upcoming week, all in the name of health. There are many other important things a person could be doing rather than exhausting themselves in the kitchen all day.”
