Smokehouse Jerky Co. is pleased to announce that its gourmet beef and bacon jerkies will now be available across Canada. The company has launched the distribution service in Canada under its private label.

The maker of the incredibly delicious beef and bacon jerkies, Smokehouse Jerky Co. is a leading private label jerky supplier with clients such as Knott’s Berry Farm in the US. Since 2003, the company has expanded its menu to offer 17 beef and 6 bacon flavors of the highest quality and offers them under private label to a wide range of clients, including businesses, organizations, farms, resorts, casinos, breweries and wineries, schools, carnivals, and more.

Smokehouse Jerky Co. bacon and beef jerkies are known for their freshness and natural quality, as all products are made daily. They carry less sodium than other commercial jerkies and go through margination in quality ingredients. The jerkies are free from added preservatives, MSG, nitrates, fillers or binders of any kind.

Smokehouse Jerky Co. was purchased by Franco and Patti Fonseca in October 2016. Running a chemical plant together, they left their corporate jobs and gave their strong entrepreneurial spirit a new direction. They discovered the original Tender Heifer Snack Co. while on a trip across the Pacific Northwest. After experiencing the quality of its products and potential, they went ahead to acquire and rebrand the company.
