Bovachi, a boutique timepiece company is family operated and based in Des Moines, Washington. They were formed as a result of the founder’s pursuit to convert their passion for fine timepieces into a profitable, thriving business after they had left the corporate world in 2017. Having a firm family background, they decided to create the fine timepieces to remind residents of their roots, where time shared with family and friends, is time well spent.
“Bovachi was born from a simple idea, your lifestyle matters. As a boutique timepiece company, we’ve set out to create a series of timepieces that draw their inspiration from the modern and the classic. This forms the basic premises for all our creations,” says David Meunier, partner, and co-founder. Driven by these passions, they created their first two products, Arona and Cuneo, with exclusive designs.
Arona First Edition Watch was created to blend modern and classic design and bring something outstanding into the public domain. The name Arona was taken from the lively lakeside town, in the Piedmont region of Italy, where there are friendly people and lanes lined with shops and eateries. The name was used to epitomize the idea of modern and classical designs.
All the timepieces have been produced in small batches to ensure that high-quality standards are met. Each and every Arona has been designed and produced to create a wonderful experience for the owner. Arona has a 40mm midnight face with gold index markers, perfectly matched to the super-thin gold case. The design has been paired with a midnight mesh band in order to create a sophisticated timepiece with a Swiss movement. It can be worn for special occasions as well as daily life.
Cuneo First Edition Watch offers something different and unique. Cuneo takes its name from a renaissance styled town in northwestern Italy’s Piedmont region at the foot of the Maritime Alps near the French border. It has a black leather strap chosen to internalize the famous Bossea Caves. Cuneo also has an elegant design with a Ronda Swiss quartz jeweled movement.
